"Why Hate?"
Why is so much hate
On this earth?
Is it almost too late
For a new birth?
People suffer every day.
They have much pain.
Rulers, their people they slay.
They are insane.
Yet we don’t do a thing
To help them through
Their life’s evil sting.
They deserve freedom too.
People murder, steal, and lie
Without a second thought.
Why can they not try
To do what God taught?
People tease their peers;
Bully them all day.
They come home in tears.
This will get better I pray.
Why have we come to
Hating each other?
Why can’t me and you
Love our brother?
