Please don’t hate me because I’m smart,
It’s not my fault my IQ is off the chart.
Please don’t hate me because I’m tall,
You don’t see me hating because you’re small.
Please don’t hate me because I’m slow
Just give me a chance to let my genius show.
Please don’t hate me because I live on the street,
I can’t help it if I have nothing to eat.
Please don’t hate me because I’m gay,
I have a right to live that way.
Please don’t hate me because I’m black.
I’m the same as you as a matter of fact.
Please don’t hate me because I’m fat,
It’s not my fault I’m like that.
Please don’t hate me because I’m thin.
I don’t like letting food in.
Please don’t hate me because I’m ill.
It’s not like I got this out of my own free will.
Please don’t hate me because I’m a nerd,
Nerds are cool haven’t you heard?
Please don’t hate me because I’m pretty.
Do we really need to get that petty?
Please don’t hate me because I’ve got money.
In fact I can be as sweet as honey.
No matter what the color, sex, or race.
We all have a right to be in this place.
So please, get to know someone from within,
Before judging them from the outside of their skin.
